  • Mathilde Baroin is a French entrepreneur based in Paris and passionate about the Hospitality Industry. After graduating from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), she worked for 8 years in project management within international groups (Four Seasons, Hyatt, Sanofi, Expedia Group, WeWork, The Galion Project) before creating the Young Hospitality Club in 2023. It allows her to combine her passion for hospitality with her expertise in creating and leading communities.

  • We believe we can grow and learn everyday by making meaningful connections. People are what makes the Hospitality such a thrilling sector and our goal is to help them connect to create authentic interactions and impactful relationships throughout their professional life.

  • We are based in Paris, France but you can meet our members and ambassadors accross many exciting european cities such as Madrid, London, Brussels, Geneva, Lyon, Berlin and Amsterdam. We love making new connections and are always up for a coffee or a call if you want to reach us.
